I have a fun story about that. So, I actually wanted to be a professional golfer. My life took a detour and I was able to go to Ukraine for two years and give back to the people there.
While I was there, we were renovating orphanages and I was called upon to translate for dentists who came from Arizona to do free dental work in the orphanages. And that’s what really got me to change my career path. Also, I wasn’t good enough to be a professional golfer, but I changed my career path to service and that’s how I got into dentistry.
When I got back from Ukraine to the U.S., I started that career path and it’s been amazing.
Meet Dr. Jake Williams
Dr. Jake R. Williams graduated in the top 3% of his dental class, magna cum laude, from the prestigious Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska. Since then, Dr. Williams has gained many years of experience and special training in general, implant, clear aligners, full-mouth reconstructions, and pediatric dentistry. Most people know Dr. Williams from his work and reputation with cosmetic smile makeovers. Dr. Williams has practiced dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and since 2014, in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Williams is also Level 2 sedation certified, which enables him to provide anxiety relief through moderate conscious sedation of nervous patients.
