Because of all my surgeries, I was bed-bound for a year. Brushing my teeth and all that was not really a high priority for me. It was trying to get better, trying to get the infection hell gone.
So my teeth suffered. I’ve had four teeth pulled. So I’m trying to get back to that point where I have a nice smile.
I am not scared to smile or be jovial with opening my mouth. I’ve got the liners so I can get the implants done. Because I’m missing teeth.
So I need to fix that before I go to get the implants. I can feel them moving. I like that better.
You can’t really tell I have them on except for the lisp I have sometimes. But other than that, I mean, I said he would explain everything to you. Any questions you have, he was more than happy to find out.
If he didn’t know, if he does, he will tell you. It was just very calming. Okay, there will be these good things happening.
And then here are some of the negative things that could happen. The pain is one of those things that could happen. With them moving and then taking them out and then trying to eat.
It’s a little painful until your teeth kind of relax. But he told me that ahead of time. When it happened, I wasn’t like, oh, what’s going on? So I like the fact that he gives information more than you may want.
But at least you have that information. For me, it was really calming because he’s actually invested in his practice and his patience.
